Today we have reached a milestone at RichPurple as we launch our official blog -10words.The main thrust of this initiative is to promote greater participation by our employees and readers.

10 words is not just about technology. It’s about the way we work, revolutionize, engross and deliver to our clients, partners and employees- It’s all about our creative hands.

We have a strong dedicated team of professionals. Our team includes well qualified and experienced professionals. They are our assets. Its because of their efforts we are able to have a name for ourselves in the industry in this short span of a year. ‘10 words’ is our initiative to further empower our employees to ensure they are able to deliver their best. It will definitely give our employees a clear voice and sense of ownership in the company.

It is a platform for ongoing, interactive discussions among our employees about whatever interests them and an initiative we have embarked upon to expand their communications with senior leadership. It gives space to our team to interact to the world, expressing their rich ideas, competencies and developments within RichPurple and in the growing industry.

We started ‘10 words’ as it has the potential to improve the functioning of our company and the way we communicate with our employees. And we strongly believe that it will provide our people with opportunities to learn and work with new ideas, concepts and technologies. In addition, it would help us bring the innovations to our clients.
